Aphrometers for plastic cap bottles
Equipment designed to measure the pressure inside carbonated beverage bottles with plastic caps.
It consists of a reinforced stainless steel needle, 50 mm long and 2 mm in diameter, obliquely cut and connected to a pressure gauge with the desired scale (usually 0-2.5 bar or 0-4 bar). Once the cap is pierced, the isolation valve is manually closed, and the gauge indicates the pressure inside the bottle.
The compound is supplied with five spare needles. The gauge can also be supplied with a protective rubber seal and as well as with calibration certificate.
